India currently faces a shortage of fuel economic growth and provide electricity to its ever growing population. New and innovative methods of generatng more electricity need to be explored to fill the gap between demand and supply. On the other hand, generating more electricity to feed the ever growing need through fossil fuels and other conventional sources of energy is causing tremendous harm to the environment. Thankfully there is a solution that will address both these problems:producing clean, green and renewable energy. The Tamil Nadu Government's progressive and innovative leadership is unique positioned to take this initiative, as the economics of a green industry and sustainability provide a compelling return for investors in congruence with creating jobs for industry and reducing greenhouse gas emissions for the health of the people.
